Virtus Harvest is a companion app for the Virtus grain cart scale, published by Jason Friesen Janzen. This policy explains what the app collects, why, and what control you have over it.
The short version. We collect only what the app needs to record your harvest and sync it between your own devices. We do not sell your data, we do not share it with advertisers, and there is no analytics or tracking software in the app. You can delete your account and everything in it from inside the app at any time.

Solely to make the app work: to record your loads, show yields by field, keep your records synchronised across your devices, and connect to your scale. We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to running the app.
Records are saved on your device first, so the app keeps working without a signal, and are synchronised to your account when you are back in service. Cloud storage is provided by Supabase. Your data is protected by row-level security rules so that only your account can read or write it.
These are service providers acting on our behalf. We do not sell or rent your data to anyone, and no third party receives it for their own purposes.
Open More ▸ Settings ▸ Delete Account. This permanently removes your account and every record attached to it — loads, farms, fields, trucks, destinations, operators, seasons and boundaries — and clears the copies held on that device. It takes effect immediately and cannot be undone.
To delete individual records instead, remove them in the app; deletions sync to your other devices.
Your records are kept for as long as your account exists, because harvest history is the point of the app. Deleting your account removes them.
Virtus Harvest is a tool for agricultural work and is not directed at children.
If this policy changes materially we will update this page and the date above.
